What is Tallow?

Tallow is white, solid fat derived from cattle. It is made up of triglycerides and saturated fat - similar to butter or coconut oil. “Additionally, tallow contains trace amounts of many fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin D and vitamin E), conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), stearic acid, and omega-3 fatty acids that are beneficial for your skin.”
